Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If you’re connected to the internet and have a mailbox, odds are we can get a tee to you.

Where are the shirts made?
Each order is produced locally to where it's being delivered — using a nearby fulfilment partner. That means faster delivery, fewer shipping delays, and lower environmental impact. 

How long does it take?
Most orders are shipped within 2–3 business days, depending on your location and the product. You'll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We keep it as reasonable as possible — no inflated rates, no surprise fees.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve ordered?
If you spot a mistake, get in touch ASAP at [your email address] and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships. Once it's in production or out the door, we can’t reroute it.

🔁 Returns & exchanges

Can I return something if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
Yes — we get it, sometimes a tee just isn’t quite the right fit.
We happily offer store credit for returns, so you can reorder in the size or style that works best for you.

How do I start a return?
Just email us at returns@hitechtees.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through it — easy as copy/paste.

To speed things up, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A short note about the reason for the return

  • A photo, if there’s an issue with the item

Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If you're returning an item due to a change of mind or size, return shipping is on you.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the costs to make it right.

What if something arrives damaged or not quite right?
Let us know and we’ll sort it out, no stress. We’ll reprint, replace, or provide store credit — whatever gets you back to good vibes (and good tees) fastest.

What condition should the item be in?
Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — ideally not crumpled up in the corner of your desk next to your dev snacks.
