This website is operated by hitechtees. By visiting our site, placing an order, or generally existing on this page, you’re agreeing to the following terms — so please read them carefully.

These terms apply to everyone who uses this site: browsers, customers, drop-ins, bots, and casual lurkers. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. No hard feelings.

Our store

We’re hosted on Shopify, which provides us with the ecommerce infrastructure to bring you soft tees and clever jokes. Your data is stored securely, and payments go through encrypted gateways — we never see your full card details.

Online store terms

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You’re at least the age of majority in your region, or you have permission from your grown-up

  • You won’t use our tees or site for anything illegal

  • You won’t try to break the site (no injecting malicious code, no DDoS-ing, no rude scripts)

Basically: be cool, be human, don’t hack the merch.

General conditions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone (politely)

  • Cancel orders if something looks off or fraudulent

  • Update products, prices, or availability without warning (though we try not to)

Products & pricing

Our products are made to order and listed as accurately as possible. We do our best to show colours, sizing, and details clearly — but monitors vary, and sizing is subjective, so use the guides provided.

Prices can change. Discounts may be limited. We’re a small business, not a multinational conglomerate (yet).

Third-party services

We use a few third-party tools (like our fulfilment partners, email tools, and analytics) to keep things running. These partners only collect or use your data to support your order or experience — not for their own marketing.

If you click links on our site that take you to another site, we’re not responsible for what happens over there. Browse responsibly.

Any info you submit through the store is handled according to our privacy policy. TL;DR: we respect your data.

Errors, inaccuracies, & typos
